It is with great sadness the family of Chantel Smith of Marystown announces her sudden passing on October 7th at the age of 39 years.
Leaving to mourn mother Sylvia; brothers and sisters Tanya (Keith), Gordon (Holly), Terri-Lynne and Mark (Saralynn); grandmother Ellen Gillingham; nephew Liam, niece Mila; beloved pets Jack and Molly plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by father Gordon; grandparents Harvey Gillingham and Alice and Cyril Smith; Aunt Linda Gormly and Uncle Phil Brake.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Sunday, October 11th from 1-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral Service to take place from Creston North United Church on Monday October 12th, 2015 at 4 PM with interment following at United Cemetery, Creston North.Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to SPCA Burin.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
