It is with great sadness the family of Cora Baker of Burin announces her passing at the US Memorial Hospital, St. Lawrence on August 3rd at the age of 86 years.
Leaving to mourn husband Gordon; son Lloyde ; grandchildren Michelle, Shawn and Krista; sister Mildred (Harold); son in law Harvey Isaacs; brother in law Bill Kirby, Clyde Baker (Marie); Albert Baker (Barbara); sister in law Ettie; many nieces and nephews plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by daughter Ruby Baker (Isaacs) and sister Edith Kirby.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home Monday, August 4th 7-9pm Family only, Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral Service to take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Burin Thursday, August 7th at 2pm with interment following at Anglican Cemetery, Hodder's Point.
