It is with great sadness the family of David Edward Brenton of Burin announces his passing on January 7th, 2014 at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center at the age of 55 years.
Leaving to mourn wife Roberta; sons Adam (Stephanie) of Garnish and Ryan (Kyla Rennie) of St. John's; grandsons Brody and McKeegan; sisters Mary Walsh (Leo), Judy Antle, Margaret Gage (Rick) and Susan Antle (Robert); brothers Eric (Shirley), Harvey (Margaret), Bruce (Evelyn), Brendan, Glenn and Hilary (Cecilia) plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by sisters Sarah Slaney and Debbie McGuigan and brothers Terry, Kevin and Fred.
Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Thursday and Friday from 10AM - 9PM.
Funeral Mass to take place from St. Patrick's RC Church, Burin Saturday, January 11th at 11AM with cremation to follow.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to Janeway Wish Foundation or St. Patrick's RC Church Cemetery Fund.
