Deepest sympathy to the family.
As a young boy, I would look forward to Joe taking me for French fries or an ice cream during my summer visits to Newfoundland.
Joe spent one summer teaching me how to play the harmonica. I picture Joe in heaven, playing his harmonica, with his gloves in his
hand and his hat on one side.
