Obituary of Allan Brushett

It is with great sadness the family of Allan Brushett of Burin announces his passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on January 23rd at the age of 57 years. Leaving to mourn wife Dawn; daughter Jennifer (Stephen) of St. John's; son Mark (Patricia) of Grande Prairie; grandchildren Emma and Grayson; sisters Gladys Maye (Gerald), Marlene Webber (Jim) and Ena Newman (Gary); sister-in-law Lina Toole (Norman); brothers-in-law Edward Hillier (Hazel), Andy Hillier (Veronica), Darrell Hillier (Elaine) and Wade Hillier (Fraser); special uncle Morgan Darby; plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by parents Emma and George Brushett and parents-in-law John and Katherine Hillier. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Tuesday 7-9 PM and Wednesday 10 AM to 4PM and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Service to take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Ship Cove on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to SPCA, Burin or Burin Peninsula Health Care Foundation. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
