Obituary of Edna May

It is with great sadness the family of the late Edna May of Garnish announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on May 18th at the age of 66 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories husband Enos; daughter Shannon (Trenton Rideout) of Spanish Room; son Sherman (Kim) of Garnish; grandchildren Nicholas May, Tanner and Kyle Woodfine; mother Gertrude Walters; sister Debbie Power (Patrick); brothers Wade Walters (Euginia) and Gerald Walters (Carolyn) plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by father Augus Walters and father and mother in law Charles and Susan May. Resting at St. Gile's Anglican Church, Garnish Thursday, May 19th from 3-9pm and Friday, May 20th from 10am to 12pm, 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service to take place from St. Gile's Anglican Church, Garnish 2PM, Saturday, May21st with interment following at Anglican Cemetery, Garnish. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to St. Gile's Anglican Cemetery Fund, Garnish. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
