Obituary of Morgan Joseph Darby

It is with sadness that the family of Morgan Darby of Burin announces his passing August 1, 2016 at Health Science Complex, St. John's at the age of 87 years. Leaving to mourn son Roland (Susan) of Burin; daughters Sheila Dyck (Clyde) of Epworth and Lexie Darby (Rick Fitzgerald) of Lewin's Cove; daughter-in-law Betty Darby of Collin's Cove; grandchildren Charity Darby, Robyn Leia (Stephen), Megan Dyck (Jason), Clayton Dyck , Arthur Rowe (Ericka), Amy Snow (Jay), Shannon Darby (Thomas) and Roland Darby; great grandchildren Thomas Foote, Sebastian Leia, Tanner Savoury, Jayden Savoury, Carliegh Savoury, Madison Rowe, Morgan Rowe and Brady Snow plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by wife Effie Darby and son Enos Darby. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Tuesday, August 2nd 7-9pm and Wednesday 10-9pm . Funeral service to take place from Zion United Church, Collin's Cove Thursday, August 4th at 1pm with interment following at United Cemetery, Collin's Cove. Donations in his memory may be made to Zion United Church of flowers gratefully accepted. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin.
