Obituary of Dora Stanley

It is with great sadness the family of Dora Stanley of Shoal Harbour announces her passing at Bonavista Hospital on September 11th in the presence of her loving daughter  at the age of 85 years.

Predeceased by her lifetime companion Richard O'Neill; Parents Wilfred and Bertha Stanley; 2 sisters Gailya Noreen Stanley and Corinna Hart and daughter Loretta Marsh.

Leaving to mourn one daughter Janice Cluney; granddaughter Corinna  Cluney; great grandchildren Tommy, Portia and Katie Parsons; nieces Wendi Smallwood (Stephen), Paula (Andrew), Lori (Joseph); nephews Chris Smallwood (Lori) and Jason Hart also leaving to mourn a lifelong friend Verlie Mills and a extended number of relatives and friends.

Visitation taking place at Blundon's funeral home on Tuesday September 12, 2017 from 7-9PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4PM &7-9PM.

A celebration of her life will take place on Friday September 15, 2017 at 2:00 PM from united church Shoal Harbour.

Inurnment taking place on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:00 PM.

In keeping with Dora wishes cremation will follow.

Flowers gratefully accepted.
