Obituary of Stanley Joseph Brown
It is with great sadness that the family of Stan Brown of Burin announces his peaceful passing on Saturday August 3, 2019 at his residence, Burin surrounded by his loving family and friends in his 64th year.
Leaving to mourn with fond and precious memories his loving Partner Annie, daughters Kimberley (Peter Healey) of St. John's, Mary (Harry King) of Preeceville, Saskatchewan, Dawn (Isaac) of Burin, Mary-Lynn (Rodney) of Mount Pearl, Sharon (Darryl) of Strathmore, Alberta; 7 grandchildren Brittany, Felicia, Cory, Cody, Matthew, Aurora & Zoey; great-grandchildren Jagger, Parker & Winter; sisters Marion, Meta (Tom), Rose; brothers Fred (Agnes), Alex (Shirley), Phil (Emily) plus a large circle of family and friends.
Predeceased by parents Tom and Mary Brown, brother Thomas, Sister Theresa, brothers-in-law Dick, John and George.
In keeping with Stan wishes Cremation has taken place.
Family will be receiving friends at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 1-4PM & 7-9PM.
Funeral Mass will take place from St. Patrick's RC Church, Burin on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 11AM with inurnment following at RC Cemetery, Salt Pond.
In Stan's Memory donations may be made to the family or flowers gratefully accepted.
