Obituary of George Eli Pike
It is with great sadness the family of George Eli Pike of Lewin's Cove announces his peaceful passing away with his loving family by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer at US Memorial Hospital, St. Lawrence at the age of 81 years.
Leaving to mourn with loving and precious memories daughter Michelle Pike-Robicheau (Allan), granddaughter Ashley-Dawn Longmire (Bruce), grandsons Bradley Robicheau, Ryley Robicheau (Brooke) and his pride and joy his great grandson Ryker Longmire all of Digby, Nova Scotia; sisters Beatrice Green and Alice Brewer of Lewin's Cove and a large circle of many nieces and nephews and a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by sister Margaret Pike, brother Douglas Pike, brothers-in-law Robert J. Pike, William Green, Frank Brewer and his parents Elizabeth and Robert Pike.
In Keeping with George's wishes cremation has taken place.
Inurnment service will take place on Thursday August 22, 2019 at 3PM at Hope United Cemetery, Lewin's Cove.
Donations in his memory may be made to The Family.
A Special thank you to the wonderful nursing staff at US Memorial Health Centre, St. Lawrence for taking such good care of our Dad, Grandfather, brother and Uncle.
