Obituary of Harold Chesley Mitchell
It is with great sadness the family of Harold Chesley Mitchell of Lewin’s Cove announce his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on August 4th, 2021 at the age of 58 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories dear mother Ruby Mitchell,sister Diane (Darryl) Chorney; brothers David (Deana), Tom (Vicki) and Jerry (Gertie); nieces Krista (David) and Emma; nephew Lane; special home care worker Philomena Durnford plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by father William.
Family will be accepting visitors Friday, August 6th, 2021 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM, Saturday, August 7th,2021 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM.
Funeral Service to take place from Hope United Church, Lewin’s Cove on Tuesday, August 10th, 2021 at 2pm with inurnment following at Hope United Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hope United Church, Lewin’s Cove.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions everyone must wear a mask, sanitize and sign in when entering the funeral home. There will be a walk thru visitation the maximum number of people in the visitation room at one time (including staff and family) should be the number that can be accommodated with physical distancing, according to the room size, but not exceed 50.
