Mary Alice grew up with 3 of her sisters and had to help with the housework while her parents worked to support them. Then she met her husband Leo who she married and raised a family of 10, 8 girls and 2 boys . She had a great fondness for farm animals which was a major food supply for her family and the surrounding community. She worked as a maid at a young age for a boarding house which was located in Terrenceville. She loved to help people and was a hard working woman and in her spare time loved to garden. After her husband Leo passed away she moved to Marystown where she lived with her daughter. While she lived in Marystown Alice loved to go dancing and hanging out with her friends and she loved to dress up. Anyone who got a chance to know her would see that she was beautiful on the outside but even more beautiful on the inside. She had a heart of gold. She leaves a big legacy behind and many beautiful memories that her family will cherish forever.
