Obituary of Burton D. Moulton
Passed peacefully away at his home on March 15th Burton D Moulton.
A teacher, a mariner, a fisherman, a businessman, employer and employee, but most of all a dad. He did not fuss with the trivial but gave his all to his family. Giving them room to learn and grow in their own way, guiding without judgement. A man who will be remembered.
Leaving to mourn son Tom Moulton (Trudy), daughters Beth Mayo (Edgar), Joann Rose (Max) and Janice Moulton all living in Burin; grandchildren Erin, Amy, Stephanie, Grant, Jeremy and Kiana; plus great grandchildren Natalie, Madelyn, Abby and Ethan; and a large circle of family and friends.
Predeceased by the love of his life, wife Doreen. Parents Beatrice and John Moulton, brothers John T. Moulton, Frank Moulton and Clayton Moulton and baby sisters Winnifred Blanche Moulton.
Public visitation will take place Friday, March 18th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A private family service to follow at a later date.
Donations in Burton’s memory may be made to Zion United Church or the Burin Peninsula SPCA.
Oh Lord, in your loving arms we entrust our beloved Father. Please let him Rest in Peace in your loving arms!
