To Shela, and family. So saddened to hear of Levi's passing. It's very hard to sum up the life of such a wonderful and accomplished man with mere words. I always had a lot of respect and admiration for Levi. He was always so kind and treated my Dad so well at the Legion over the years. I'm sure he helped shape the lives of many children over the years with the sea cadets as well. What a great man who gave so much of himself to help others. RIP my friend

Dear Aunt Shela and family,
So very sorry to hear of the passing of your long time soul mate and sympathies to Christine, Albert, Ivan and Donny on the loss of your Dad. I have such fond memories of him, he always had a joke, a chat and a hug whenever we visited. I will never forget his kindness toward our Mom giving her a ride whenever she needed it. Mom always had such high praise for him and always spoke how kind and compassionate he was toward her. I pray we can leave such a positive impact on people. Sending much love and prayers that those fond memories will surround you as you go through this difficult time. Love you all

Our sincere condolences to the Jorgensen Family on the Loss of Levi, He was a true friend and comrade, we meet at Branch 532 New Hamburg Legion , shortly after meeting Levi and Shelia we became good friends, playing darts, cards and attending so many functions together, whether its was enjoying dinners or volunteering cooking dinners. I am so very sorry to hear of Levi’s passing. Sheila, you and Levi were a beautiful couple and an example of love and friendship in a marriage. I am sure in the days to come you will be able to remember and cherish the beautiful memories of your life together I am praying God will give you strength in your grief knowing Levi is home in Heaven. I have so many fond memories of his jokes, laughter, teasing that Garry was my son and always a comment about bringing my coffee to church. I enjoyed his stories at our church functions and was glad to help by taking up the offering for him. I have missed him in the days since he was able to attend church and will miss him in the days to come. Rest easy my friend. Levi

Sir, I hope you are now resting. I don't know where to start, I remember Levi when I was a young cadet, but really got to know him as I enrolled in the CIC. Levi was a fantastic officer, a mentor, and a friend. He made sure I was well protected at HMCS Acadia but also had his hand on jokes and tormenting me. Shelia and family I am so sorry for your loss, and I hope your wonderful memories gets you through this hard time. I have included my favorite photo.

My condolences to the Jorgensen Family. I was a member of 280 Zaandam when it started. Mr. Jorgensen was an integral part of the corps and was committed to the cadet movement. And because of that, those of us at Zaandam had many great experiences and memories that have lasted a lifetime! Thank you to his family for allowing us to have the privilege of spending some great times with him.

Condolences to the family.
I knew Levi since I was a young boy and we met many times after our school years. Each meeting was a pleasure as Levi was a gentle man very easy to be around. We had many games of cards, darts, etc. Levi was as gracious as a looser as he was as a winner. I was never a good looser but I do think I am improving. I guess Levi was a good role model.
RIP old friend.
