Obituary of Juanita Benteau
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juanita Beateau of Harbour Mille on January 16th, 2024 at the age of 62.
Leaving to mourn with precious and loving memories are her sons, Trevor (Linda) and Deon; her only grandchild TJ both of whom were her pride and joy. sisters Faye (Wayne), Jessie(Edgar Lloyd) and Lillian; brothers Brian (Betty) and Alphonsus (Gail); nieces and nephews Steven, Amanda, Tanya, April, Chad and Rodney and Leslie’s children Kyla , Shannon and Robin and their families who was known to them as Nanny Nita and also a large circle of other family and friends.
Juanita was predeceased by her parents Alphonsus and Jane Dodge; brother Glen; fiance Leslie Baker.
Her true passion and calling came when she became a personal care worker & caring for the elderly at home. She was a kind hearted, compassionate, caring woman whose work as a personal care worker allowed these qualities to shine through. Nita was always there for everyone whenever they needed it and often put the needs of others before her own.She always remained dedicated to her clients until she couldn't anymore. Nita enjoyed spending time with her many friends and family.
She will be missed dearly by her sons Trevor and Deon and by everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.
In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place.
There will be a graveside service for family and friends on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 2PM at the Anglican cemetery, Harbour Mille.
In her memory donations may be made to the family.
