Lloyd was a very dedicated family man who loved his wife and daughter dearly. Jessie was the love of his life. They did everything together and thoroughly enjoyed each other’s company. The holiday road trips were always memorable. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, going in the woods, watching the different birds in the yard, visits from Max and Sid, watching his favorite hockey team, the Toronto Maple Leafs, fire pits, music and a few beers. Best of all the Christmas parties were always a blast.
He enjoyed the time spent with Toni, Jaxon and Kai. Lloyd was also quite the jokester; he loved to carry on and made up jingles to make you laugh.
After being diagnosed with cancer in April 2024, he courageously fought to the end. He truly will be missed by many. Special thanks to the cancer clinic nurses and doctors at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center and the Health Science Center for their kindness and support.
